At Antivirus E-Store, we offer only digital products in the form of activation keys. As such, we do not offer physical returns. However, we are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction and offer returns or refunds under specific conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You are eligible for a return or refund only under the following conditions:

  • The product key has not been activated or used.
  • You report the issue within 24 hours of purchase.
  • The product key provided is invalid or not working.
  • You provide proof (screenshot or video) that the key does not work.

Non-Returnable Products

Once the digital key has been delivered and used/activated, it is not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. We cannot accept returns for any product that has been successfully delivered and activated.

How to Request a Refund

If your key is not working and meets the above conditions, please contact us at support@whizfortune.com or support@dantivirus.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Email used at purchase
  • Proof of issue (screenshot or screen recording)

Our support team will investigate and respond within 24–48 working hours.
